Our Objectives

• To assist third sector organisations within the North West region in developing additional income through trading activities and commissioning

• To support organisations in preparing to be commissionable as defined within the World Class Commissioning model and the 8 principles of good commissioning

• To support our clients operationally through providing practical support and advice

• To provide coaching/mentoring to Directors and Management of third sector organisations to increase knowledge and skills to help them develop their organisation

• Providing training on third sector issues (including social enterprise) on all aspects of commissioning and developing their organisation
