A4A England Regional Pilot in West Midlands and Yorkshire and the Humber

Projects in the West Midlands and Yorkshire and Humber will have the opportunity to apply for repeat and on-going activities under Awards for All in a new six month pilot scheme from 1 June 2012.

Currently Awards for All does not fund on-going, regular or repeat activities, as the programme has focused on ‘new’ project ideas.  However, in these challenging times we are increasingly aware of the pressures smaller groups face with rising costs and cuts to funding, and want to respond to this by looking at alternative ways of funding projects that support those most in need.

This pilot will open out the criteria to projects where:

The majority of beneficiaries are located within either the West Midlands or Yorkshire and Humber regions
The applicant has an income of less than (or equal to) £30,000 according to their latest accounts.
We envisage this pilot running for six months from 1 June 2012.  Any applications received for repeat and ongoing activities over this time period, and meeting the criteria above, will be assessed in the normal way.  Please be aware that application materials (Guide for applicants and Application form) will not be changed. Please see the application notes below before applying.

As it is a pilot, we are not entirely sure what the demand will be, therefore we reserve the right to reduce the length of the pilot should demand be higher than predicted.

Please read the pilot questions and answers document for more information
