Zena Thewlis - Education and Training Consultant
	Zena has over 20 years experience in education and training. She is an ofsted inspector and specialises in developing quality systems in line with the national quality framework. A wealth of experience in leadership support, interim management, 14 to 19 curriculum, workforce development, improvement strategies for teaching and learning, national vocational skills agenda, curriculum development and implementation of key quality assurance systems and procedures.

	Lorraine has been a freelance broadcaster for thirty years mainly with the BBC. In 1998 Lorraine was awarded the M.B.E. for “outstanding service to broadcasting and the community”. Lorraine also delivers seminars on “How to get the best from the press and media” and offers media interview training to many corporate organisations. She is now a recognised force in the field of public speaking, effective fundraising, Public Relations events, charity liaison and promoting personal development skills. She is MD of Countess PR.
Peter Wright - Health & Safety Consultant
	Peter Wright holds Chartered Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE). He is an accomplished and experienced health and safety/fire safety professional, possessing extensive knowledge of current health & safety and fire safety legislation, combined with extensive 'hands on' experience in the development, application and implementation of robust health and safety management systems. Norma Barrowcliffe - Disability & Volunteering Consultant
	Norma is our new Disability and Volunteering Consultant, she currently works at Aintree Hospital managing the Disability Project, this has around 100 volunteers and over the last year Norma has been successful in securing jobs within the Trust for 31 of her Volunteers. Norma is currently studying for her MBA. She is accomplished and experienced Volunteer Manager with additional experience and skills in providing Disability Audit’s and Risk Assessments.

Currently undertaking her Bsc at Manchester Metropolitan University, Lisa specialises in Human Nutrition through an holistic approach. Services include Food Hygiene Training, Nutritional Advice, Well-woman workshops, Health for all stages of life and the mind, body and soul partnership. Lisa also runs Healthy Living advice sessions within the workplace.
