  • We are mentoring 2 social entrepreneurs to assist in them in the development of their organisations sustainable future through our commitment to support social change.
  • We are supporting the development of a nominated charity through the mentoring and coaching of their Chairperson to help shape its strategic direction.
  • We are committed to social change from within and therefore Nicola Dickins – Managing Director is a Non Executive Director of Our Life, a leading health Social Enterprise.

We are committed to creating a sustainable social sector therefore:-

  • Richard Dickins is a member of the Council for Social Enterprise UK and the SROI Network, along with the assurance and methodology boards

We are committed to sharing best practice therefore:-

  • We have created a portfolio of 16 free seminars that will be hosted throughout the year
  • We are committed to the development of new knowledge and understanding and sharing knowledge.

Our Managing Director is studying her PHD in Social Value

  • We offer flexible employment opportunities to meet the needs of employee’s family commitments.
  • Each of our staff members will have a personal development plan that includes a training programme to develop their knowledge.

We are our committed to reducing our carbon foot print:-

  • We pledge to reduce our CO2 emissions by 8% per annum through the reduction of work based travel using a car and increase the use of public transport.
  • We pledge to reduce our carbon footprint by 5% through the increased use of recycling and the reduced use of utility (Gas and Electric).
