Nicola Dickins Managing Director

Nicola has over 15 years experience within the Third sector, having worked for large charities and community organisations at a senior level. Nicola has completed her MA in Social Enterprise Management at John Moores University and is working towards her PHD in Social Value at Sheffield Hallam University. She has previously sat on the Department of Health Sounding Board for the Third Sector and Social Enterprise. She is an associate of the Institute of Fundraising and CIPD, one of the founding directors of WISE Connections CIC and a Non-Executive Director for Our Life.

Richard Dickins – Director

Richard has over 15 years experience within the Third and Private sectors at operational and strategic levels and uses this blend of knowledge and experience to assist organisations in becoming sustainable. Richard is trained on Social Return on Investment assessments and sits on the methodology group for the development of the model and LM3. Richard has successfully developed tenders, new businesses and income potential for organisations totalling £45 million during his career. Richard is a Social Enterprise Mentor for Social Enterprise North West and Ultd, an RSA fellow and is a Council Member for Social Enterprise UK and SROI Network.

Ryan Kennedy – External Communications Officer

Ryan manages our external communications through our social media presence including news updates, twitters, blogs, website and Facebook. He collates all the best news stories, funding updates and policy changes to keep our clients up to date.

Emma Crossley - Administrator

Emma provides valuable administration support to the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, positive coordination and promote positive communication.

Our Associates

We have a team of 15 associate consultants through our consortium of Social and Ethical Consultants (COSEC) whose skills, knowledge and understanding of Charity, Social Enterprise and Social Business sector is second to none, their specialist skills are in financial development, marketing, training and development, human resources, research and evaluation, change management, business planning and social impact measurement.
