Make It Happen ConsultancyLtd  is a family run consultancy comprising of Nicola Dickins, Founder and Managing Director and Co Founder Richard Dickins, Executive Director.  To complement our portfolio we engage 15 associate consultants and a network of partners to provide a total support package to meet a variety of organisations needs.

Make It Happen Consultancy Ltd is a private limited company registered in 2005 based in Cheadle Heath, Stockport, Cheshire.  It has been created specifically to provide support to the third sector within the North West region.

We are pleased to have supported  in excess of 70 social enterprises and third sector organisations in the last 3 years by creating and developing  trading activities and assisting them in public service commissioning.  To date, we have supported our clients in gaining in excess of  £1 million funding to start up trading activities/develop their trading activities and have a further  £1.9 million pending.

• Set up 40 Social Enterprises
• Proud advisors to Attend (League of Friends membership body)
• Proud business advisors to Blackburn Diocese Social Responsibility Board
• Supported  third sector  organisations in receiving over 1 million pounds of funding, further 1.9 million pending
• Worked with Aintree/Heart of England NHS Trust
• Assisted 11 organisations in the commissioning and tendering process
• Act as Business Development /Commissioning and Contract Managers to 5 organisations
• Partnered two third sector organisation with corporate partners thus increasing income by 50%
• Sit on the Department of Health Third sector and Social Enterprise Sounding Board and have assisted in the editing of the new Third Sector Commissioning Guidelines
